We keep track of what is happening across your IT environment.
ATUGIS helps businesses deal with everyday IT work, solve recurring problems, and prevent the environment from becoming harder to manage over time. Remote support and system management are the core of the service today, while onsite capability is being developed step by step.
When technical work starts piling up, we help work out what should be tackled first.
Consistent Support
It is easy to close a ticket once the immediate problem is fixed. We also look at why recurring issues keep coming back so the same work does not repeat forever.
Secure Infrastructure
User accounts, backups, and basic security settings can drift over time. Regular checks make it easier to spot what has been missed.
You Know Who Is Following It
Whether it is the network, a computer, email, or something else, it should be clear who is following the issue.
We look at what you have first. Then we decide what actually needs to change.
We Listen
We start with the issues that keep coming back, who they affect, and what is most urgent for you.
We Assess
We look at users, devices, email, the network, backups, and basic security settings as they are today.
We Plan
Rather than changing everything at once, we put the work in order based on priority and risk.
We Put It Into Action
We carry out the agreed work, then continue with day-to-day support and follow-up. The aim is not to end up back at square one a few months later.
Every business setup is different, but the problems are often connected.
A user issue can come from the network, an email problem from the account, and a slow computer from a server rather than the device itself. That is why we look at support, networks, systems, backup, and security together.

Fixing the problem matters. Understanding why it came back matters even more.
Day-to-day support is part of the job, but devices, user accounts, backups, and security settings also change over time. Keeping an eye on those changes helps us spot small issues earlier and avoid solving the same problem over and over.
Let’s clarify what matters before you make a decision.
Technical skill matters, but it is not the only thing that matters when choosing IT support. You should also know who you will speak to, what is included, and when extra costs might come up. These are some of the questions businesses usually ask us first.
You do not need to know the technical terminology.
If your question is not here, you do not need to explain it in technical terms. Just tell us what is happening in your own words.
Is ATUGIS only for large companies, or can it work for a smaller business like ours?
No. Smaller teams still depend on email, computers, internet access, backups, and user accounts every day. We first look at what you use and what keeps causing trouble. If our way of working is not a good fit, we would rather say that clearly than sell you something you do not need.
What happens during the first conversation?
We usually start with the problems that waste the most time. We may ask about your users, devices, email, internet connection, and backups, but you do not need to prepare a technical report. Telling us what gets in the way during a normal working day is enough.
Will we have to replace everything we already use?
No. Replacing something simply because a newer option exists rarely makes sense. We first look at what is working, what is causing problems, and where the real risks are. If something needs to change, we explain why and discuss the cost before moving ahead.
Do you only step in when something breaks?
No. Fixing incidents is part of the job, but it should not stop there. If the same printer issue keeps returning, user accounts are becoming difficult to manage, or nobody knows whether the backups can actually be restored, those problems need attention too. What is included in ongoing support is agreed before the service starts.
Can every issue be resolved remotely?
No. A large share of user, email, and software problems can be handled remotely, but cabling, hardware faults, physical network work, and some device problems need someone onsite. In those cases we first narrow down the issue, then plan the appropriate field work.
When something goes wrong, will we actually be able to reach someone?
That is exactly what we want to avoid. You should not have to wonder who received a request or whether it has been forgotten. The way support is contacted and the service hours are agreed in advance, and requests are followed so their status does not become a mystery.
How do you handle access to our passwords and data?
We do not ask for access that is not needed. Where possible, work is carried out through business-owned accounts rather than personal ones, and permissions are limited to the task at hand. Multi-factor authentication and access controls are then applied according to the systems you use.
Will we still need to coordinate separate providers for Microsoft 365, networks, backup, and devices?
Ideally, no. Sometimes Microsoft, an internet provider, a hardware vendor, or another specialist still needs to be involved. When that happens, we help follow the technical side so the problem does not get passed back and forth between different companies.
Could unexpected costs appear on top of the monthly fee?
What is included in regular support is written into the proposal. If a new licence, hardware purchase, project, or separately charged onsite visit is needed, we discuss it with you first. We do not create additional costs without approval.
Will moving from another IT provider disrupt our work?
Not if the handover is planned properly. We first check administrator access, devices, licences, backups, and whatever documentation already exists. We avoid making critical changes while important information is still missing and, where possible, arrange a proper handover from the current provider.
Not sure where to start? We can begin with what you already have.
Tell us what is causing trouble and what systems you use. From there, we can work out what actually needs attention and what can wait.
