Browser cookies let a website store small pieces of information on a device. Local storage is not technically a cookie, but ATUGIS describes it here because the same transparency and visitor-control principles are relevant.

Access to website content is not conditional on optional analytics. No analytics tag, tracking pixel, or behavioural-advertising technology loads before an affirmative choice.

`atugis-theme` stores the selected light or dark theme in local storage. It remains until the choice is changed or browser data is cleared.

`atugis-locale` stores the selected Turkish/English site preference in an essential preference cookie and local storage on the same device. It remains until the choice is changed or browser data is cleared.

`atugis-consent-v1` stores the essential and analytics choices, policy version, and choice timestamp in local storage for no more than 180 days. An expired record or new policy version prompts a fresh choice.

Optional analytics may be used to understand aggregated content and technical trends. The category is off by default and is not required for the contact form or Academy.

No production analytics will be enabled until [TEDARİKÇİ VE VERİ AKIŞI ENVANTERİ] confirms the provider, identifiers, purpose, duration, recipients, and international-transfer conditions. Advertising and cross-service profile merging are not part of the default scope.

Cloudflare Turnstile is planned for production abuse prevention. It loads only with the form interaction, and the server must validate the token before a production request can continue.

Any cookies or device signals, recipients, and international transfers connected to the actual Turnstile account will be completed after configuration and legal review. Preview mode does not send real enquiries.

Accept All, Reject All, and Manage Preferences are shown with equal visual weight. Analytics is not preselected; silence, scrolling, or continued browsing is not treated as acceptance.

The footer control reopens the panel at any time. Withdrawal prevents future optional loading. Removal of identifiers already set by an approved provider will be implemented and tested with the live integration.

Visitors can delete or block site storage through their browser. Removing the consent record causes the panel to return; removing the theme record restores the system preference.

Adding a new optional category or provider increments the policy version. An earlier choice is never silently expanded to cover a new purpose.
