Preparation terms describing the scope, limits, and permitted use of the ATUGIS corporate website and Academy content.

1. Site owner and status
The website owner and content provider will be [YASAL UNVAN]. These terms do not become a live contract or notice until the legal identity, address, and contact details are verified.
Using the website does not create an IT services contract, accept a quotation, or establish a particular service level.
2. Purpose of the website and Academy
Website and Academy material provides general information and decision frameworks. It does not replace organisation-specific discovery, risk assessment, legal or financial advice, vendor support, or contracted technical work.
Technology features, licence terms, threats, and law change over time. Important decisions should be based on current official/vendor sources and the business's actual environment.
3. Service boundaries
Service descriptions indicate a general scope. Prices, start dates, support hours, response or resolution targets, onsite regions, third-party licences, and responsibilities are established only in an approved proposal or contract.
A service marked as planned or coming soon is not a commitment to launch it by a particular date.
4. Intellectual property and permitted use
The ATUGIS name, original copy, imagery, and design may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Reasonable quotation for personal or internal business assessment should identify the source.
Republishing entire content, turning it into a commercial dataset, implying endorsement, or attempting to bypass security controls is not permitted without written authorisation, subject to rights and exceptions provided by law.
5. Third-party services and links
Microsoft, Google, Cloudflare, and other third-party names belong to their respective owners. An external link does not mean ATUGIS controls or endorses the destination.
The third party's own terms and privacy practices apply after a visitor leaves ATUGIS. A broken or risky link may be reported through the general contact channel.
6. Availability and changes
ATUGIS aims to keep the site secure and available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed during maintenance, network failure, third-party outage, or a security event. Harmful use, excessive automation, and attempts to breach controls may be restricted.
Material changes will carry an updated review date. Governing law, venue, and liability wording will be finalised through authorised legal review after the official company details are available.
